Sometimes the names of things are misleading and can even be the exact opposite of what you think they mean. For example, we drive on a parkway and park on a driveway. It the same way, we call people who turn on our radio station listeners when in fact they really don't listen very much at all. Most of the time listeners simply use radio much like a utility and don't give it much thought. The more interesting we become the more the listener actually becomes a listener
