That's My Radio Station

Radio is a very personal media. It’s “their” radio station, “their” radio, “their” preset, “their” request, etc. We need to communicate this way with the listener. So, always talk to just one person when you are on the air, NOT a group of people. Make the listener feel like you are talking directly to them.
