What do the people you work with really want?

First, they want a good relationship with their leader. People don’t quit companies, they quit their leaders. About 70% of people who leave their jobs say their supervisor was the reason. Excellent leaders have about an 10% chance of losing a good employee, while poor leaders have around a 40% chance.
