Here’s one key point to prioritize: Prioritize Live, Human-Driven Content. Some tracking and AI-driven radio lacks the immediacy and emotional resonance of live, local programming. Stations should resist over-reliance on syndication or voice-tracking, instead investing in live hosts who foster real-time connection and shared experience. When voice tracking is necessary, demand that it is great through strong coaching!
