When a radio personality opens their microphone they know they have an enormous task ahead of them with thousands of people listening! “Oh, my, how can I possibly connect with all of these people?” Here’s the remedy. Tell them that their real job is to simply convince one person to listen on just three more occasions that week and remember that they did.
