
It’s easy to think we know our audience because of ratings data, social media, or phone calls, but these can only tell us so much. Face-to-face interactions provide deeper insights into their preferences, habits, and lifestyles. Feedback from real-world interactions can spark new ideas for bits, contests, or topics. It can also help avoid content that doesn’t land as well as you thought. Focus groups are perfect for this.
